We recommend storing our meals in the refrigerator upon arrival to maintain freshness. If you don’t plan to consume them within a few days, you can freeze them for later use.
Sometimes. For example, many of our soups freeze well for up to two months. Please, contact us if you have any specific questions. Our dishes are always crafted with fresh ingredients, so of course you’ll probably experience the best flavor when eaten within 3-5 days after delivery. Our menu is updated every single, including weekly updates to our entrees, so there’s always something new to try. We also refresh our soups and desserts monthly. Our salads, sides, and pantry items are always available for a quick and convenient add-on to your meals. Packaging & Bags
Please return to us any mason jars, ice packs and delivery bags that you have received during your order. Prior to our next delivery, you can leave them outside your door near where your delivery is usually dropped off.
Yes, our meal containers are BPA-free to ensure the safety and quality of our food packaging. We prioritize using high-quality, non-toxic materials in all of our packaging products. (Polypropylene, recycling number 5, is an FDA-approved food contact plastic that’s generally used for single-serve items.)
Whenever possible, please recycle the containers according to your local recycling guidelines. We encourage our customers to dispose of the packaging responsibly to minimize waste and support environmental conservation efforts.

We deliver every Tuesday and Wednesday between 3:30pm and 6:30pm. If you’re west of N Swan Road in Tucson, expect your delivery on Tuesday. For locations east of N Swan Road, we’ll be at your door on Wednesday. While the delivery day is based on your location, we understand unique circumstances may arise. Feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

We currently deliver to Tucson. We schedule weekly deliveries by region. On Tuesdays we handle West-side deliveries and the Oro Valley region. On Wednesdays, we handle East-side deliveries. Deliveries within central Tucson can usually be handled on either delivery day.
We take great care to ensure that your food stays fresh during transit. Our meals are packaged with insulated containers and ice packs to maintain the proper temperature during delivery. Rest assured that your meals will arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.
If you’re not home during the scheduled delivery time, please, leave a cooler out so we can put your delivery inside. Our delivery team will leave your order in a safe and secure location. We’ll also send you a notification to let you know that your order has been delivered.
No, you cannot. Delivery times are set to ensure efficiency and timely deliveries for everyone, but we understand plans can change. If you need to discuss an exceptional case, please contact us right away, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Unfortunately, we are generally unable to change delivery days. They are scheduled based on your location to maximize efficiency and ensure timely deliveries. However, if you are located close to our kitchen in central Tucson, we might be able to accommodate a delivery day change between Tuesday and Wednesday. Please contact our customer care team to discuss this further.
YES, we deliver within specific zones in Tucson to maintain the quality and promptness of our service. Please refer to our DELIVERY ZONES page to check the specifics. If you’re outside our delivery areas, let’s talk! We can often arrange an alternative delivery spot or you can pick up your order directly from our kitchen.
You can expect your order to arrive between 3:30pm and 6:30pm on the scheduled delivery date.
If your delivery has not arrived by within our standard delivery window please contact our customer service immediately. Our service commitment is to deliver your order before 7:00 pm. If we haven’t attempted to notify you at least 3 hours in advance of a potential delay, your entire order will be free of charge. This pledge is now part of our Customer Happiness Guarantee.

We charge $5 for all of regular deliveries. Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our kitchen with no charge. Please note, when you become a Tasteful Kitchen subscriber, your deliveries are free!

Subscriptions
Yes, you can pause anytime. Follow these steps: (1) Login to your account. (2) Click on My Subscriptions (3) Click the button named “Pause for 1 Week”
Yes, the minimum duration is 4 weeks. After that, you can cancel anytime.

To use a gift card you received, simply enter the gift card code during the checkout process. The coupon will be automatically applied to your order payment summary. Please note that only one coupon code can be used per order. If you get stuck on any details of this process, just give us a call.
